This weekend I spoke about a trip 14 men and I went on to Arkansas to fellowship and ride horses. Even though we faced many problems and unforeseen troubles we had a great trip and enjoyed life time memories. We came to understand if we stick together and depend on God there was nothing we couldn’t handle. We learned it’s not about the destination but about the journey. Let’s remember that for 2009! Praise God for His goodness! We were praying about how to reach out to the poor and hurting children this Christmas and God showed us through a phone call from Senator Jody Amedee. The River Boat Captains took up a collection and asked us to partner with them buy getting the children, buying the gifts and holding the event at the St. Amant Campus. At this meeting in the picture the gave us an $11k check to serve 100 children. Praise God where He guides, He provides. Sent via BlackBerry by AT&T
On Monday Brandon and I closed on 1 1/2 acres of land adjacent to the St. Amant Campus. Praise God for His goodness. I want to thank the faithful servants of our Lord at St. Amant for your prayers and your giving. We now have 4 1/2 acres for that campus to use to the glory of God!
